International Creative Director of the iconic Sassoon brand, Mark Hayes has inspired hairdressers around the world for over 40 years with his coaching and teaching. For so many hairdressers old and young, the name Sassoon still has the reputation that has been built on developing and providing world-class education at their academies and education centres around the globe.

Founded by the most well known and highly regarded hairdresser of all time , Vidal Sassoon, holding the Sassoon International Creative Director role is one of the mosts revered positions to have in hairdressing. What I love more than anything else from our interview with Mark, is how he places the client at the centre of everything he stands for in hairdressing.
